Maverick Technology’s can refuse registration of, or cancel an account in its discretion, at any time.Your account will be accessed through your account control panel, or with a user ID and password created by you (your “Credentials”). Your Credentials are solely for your personal use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials, and you are fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Credentials. It is up to you to take adequate precautions with your Credentials, and to immediately notify Maverick Technology’s of any unauthorized use of your Credentials.
Using your account, you may access and participate in Maverick Technology’s products and services, including viewing, posting and responding to communications on the Maverick Technology’s web site.
You agree to receive email notification or other communications from Maverick Technology’s or its employees solely for the purpose of providing and educating you on Maverick Technology’s products and services. You may elect to stop or modify your email delivery or other communications at any time buy visiting the My Account section of your Maverick Technology’s account. Your email address or other contact information will not be used for any other purpose.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors. All products come with a warranty against initial defects. This warranty covers everything except shipping and handling. All merchandise is guaranteed for 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. Many items are guaranteed with a manufacturer’s warranty. We agree, at our discretion to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
All returns, whether for refund or replacement, require a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns of Products are subject to Maverick Technology’s’s current return policies which are set forth here on our website. These policies may be subject to additional or lesser return rights adopted by the manufacturer or publisher. The Terms of Sale represent the complete and final agreement between the customer and Maverick Technology’s for the matters set forth herein and shall be supplemented only by the prices, quantity, and descriptions set forth in Maverick Technology’s’s invoice for the relevant sale. Terms contained in customers’ purchase orders, offers to buy, terms and conditions, and the like shall have no effect. We offer a 30 day exchange policy on defective items. Out of Stock or Discontinued Items: If you return a product for replacement and it is Out of Stock or Discontinued when the item is received, you may be contacted by the Maverick Technology’s Returns team and offered a suitable replacement or option for a store credit.
All returns, whether for refund or replacement, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products that are returned without prior RMA and the RMA# clearly printed on the address label will be refused and sent back to the sender. Please use the label provided when your RMA is issued. If you did not receive a copy of the label in your e-mail confirmation, you can print a copy from the RMA Status page in the My Account section of the website after you have logged in.
Maverick Technology’s is not liable for packages that are lost in transit. It is highly recommended that you insure and use a trackable shipping service when you send back your merchandise.
Return Policy for Consumable Items and Batteries
Consumable / 1-time use items will include but are not limited to: Disposable batteries, universal battery packs (Lithium Ion / NiMH), Cleaning products (containing cleaning fluid), screen protectors, heat shrink tubing, thermal paste, zip ties.
**Please note the items under this category may be subject to change at Maverick Technology’s’s discretion.
Consumables ( i.e. , cleaning fluid, thermal paste) – Cannot be replenished. Mechanical parts and other accessories associated with the item will still be covered under our normal warranty policy.
One-time use Items ( i.e. , Screen protectors, Heatshrink tubing, thermal paste, Zip ties) – Improper installation of these items will not be covered. Any defects or issues will need to be reported to Maverick Technology’s within 5-days of receiving the item in order to qualify for a replacement. The warranty will not cover normal wear & tear of the item(s) once the item(s) has been installed/used. Returns cannot be accepted if more than 5% of the overall quantity is used.
Disposable Alkaline Batteries – will not be covered under warranty. Normal 30-day return policy will apply only if item(s) is unopened and in the original packaging.
Location based Performance Items (bad reception):
– HDTV Antennas– WiFi Adapters– IR Extenders– Wii IR Sensor Bar– Bluetooth Products
Returns for location based and wireless items:
Location based/wireless items include, but are not limited to; TV Antennas, Wireless remotes, PCI/USB wireless LAN cards/dongles, Wireless Video extenders, Wireless IR extenders, Wireless routers/printer servers, Wii remotes/accessories, wireless cameras, wireless speakers, etc.
At Maverick Technology’s, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Occasionally situations exists which necessitate for a product to be returned for a replacement.
Since these are “Location based items” and the quality of performance greatly depends on the positioning/location and obstacles, it will be at the sole discretion of the Maverick Technology’s Returns department to determine whether the item is to be considered defective. We will ask a series of questions and there may be some troubleshooting involved. If upon review the item is determined to be defective, the Returns department will issue a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions will be emailed.
If the defect is reported within 30 days and a replacement is requested, we will send out a replacement immediately and cover the shipping of the replacement item. If return of the defective item is requested by Maverick Technology’s, you will be emailed a pre-paid UPS return shipping label to return the defective item to us. If no return is requested by Maverick Technology’s, you will be asked to discard the item.
If a refund is requested, Maverick Technology’s will issue a refund once the item is returned. If Maverick Technology’s requests for the item to be returned to us, we will email you a pre-paid UPS return shipping label to return the defective item. If no return is requested by Maverick Technology’s, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days. We will issue a refund on shipping paid if, and only if, the defective item is the only item on the order. If there are other items that are being kept on the same order, no shipping refund will be issued. A partial shipping refund may be issued if the returned item is the bulk of the order. Partial shipping refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of the Maverick Technology’s Returns department.
If a defect is reported after 30 days, Maverick Technology’s is not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer will be required to ship the item back at their expense.
Bulk Item Replacement Policy
Item(s) that belong in this category include but are not limited to; networking bulk cable, Rg6 Bulk cable, Microphone cable, or lengths of un-terminated cable longer than 100 ft.
In general, Maverick Technology’s does not allow partial returns of any item. We often require the item back before we can issue a replacement. For Bulk cable items (which are often used in portions and installed directly into the wall) this can cause potential problems for our customers.
We urge all customers to test the entire cable BEFORE installing to prevent these situations. In the event a portion of a product is found to be defective; we may be able to offer partial returns as listed below:
If more than 50-100% is used before encountering defective cable, request to check stock for returns of cable of same length and gauge*. If less than 50% of the cable is used, we request all the cable to be returned and will send an entire new unit.
Open Box Items
Open Box items are previously purchased products that were returned to Maverick Technology’s and are still in as-good-as-new condition. Open box items have been thoroughly tested to ensure proper performance and quality before being repackaged and made available to you at amazing prices. That’s not all. We guarantee the quality of our open box items with the same warranties as our new products.
Our policy is to process all orders within 72 business hours. You must still allow the usual transit time for ground and/or air shipping. There is a $5.00 handling fee on all orders under $250.00. Freight is the responsibility of the client. Title changes hands when the client receives the merchandise at his/her location.
These Terms of Service will remain in full force and effect while you use the Maverick Technology’s products and services. Those terms that can continue to operate after you stop using the Maverick Technology’s products and services (and the General Terms in this Section), will survive after you stop using Maverick Technology’s products and services.
You agree to indemnify and hold Maverick Technology’s, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your actions in using Maverick Technology’s products and services , (ii) a claim that you, or any third party using your Credentials, infringed any intellectual property or other right of any person or organization using the Maverick Technology’s products and services , or (iii) the violation of these Terms of Service by you, or any third party using your Credentials.
Maverick Technology’s PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF Maverick Technology’s PRODUCTS AND SERVICES , OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE Maverick Technology’s. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, Maverick Technology’s AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. FURTHER, Maverick Technology’s AND ITS AFFILIATES DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE INFORMATION, TEXT, GRAPHICS, LINKS OR OTHER INFORMATION CONTAINED IN Maverick Technology’s PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Every product you buy from us must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement.
Limited Lifetime Guarantee
We will repair the LCD/Digitizer of any Display assembly repaired by an authorized Maverick Technology’s agent. This warranty does not cover devices subject to unauthorized repairs, modifications, abuse, improper use, or acts of god. The guarantee does not cover broken devices.
Work Authorization and Service Waiver
I authorize Maverick Technology’s, to perform repair work on my iOS®, Android®, or other Mobile Device. I understand that Maverick Technology’s has been trained to perform iOS®, Android®, and other mobile device repairs, but Maverick Technology’s is not an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) of Apple Inc., Google Inc., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, and are in no way affiliated with Apple Inc., and Google Inc., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile, US Cellular. Further, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold Maverick Technology’s from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any iOS, Android, or other mobile device unless it is caused by severe negligence of Maverick Technology’s.
I understand that Maverick Technology’s has no liability for any data loss, which may occur as a result of work done on my iOS, Android, or other mobile device. I also understand that I have the option to, and I am responsible for backing up the device before allowing Maverick Technology’s to work on my device in the event of any data loss and hardware or software failure.
I understand that repairs or technical support rendered by Maverick Technology’s may void manufacturer warranties for this iOS, Android, or other mobile device. Maverick Technology’s does not assume any liability or warranty in the event that the manufacturer warranties are voided but may, at its sole discretion, offer its own warranty on the parts and/or services performed.
I further understand that if my device is irreparably damaged as a direct result of a repair and payment has been rendered, I will be entitled to a fully functional refurbished device of equal or greater value of the damaged device based on its model and condition as received and with the original repair issue resolved, or the monetary equivalent of fair market value of the device in that condition as determined by Maverick Technology’s. If payment was not rendered for service, the repair quote shall be deducted from the value, or a refurbished device of the same damaged condition as received shall be offered. In order to receive a replacement device, the customer’s damaged device must be rendered to Maverick Technology’s.
I further understand that it is my responsibility to inform Maverick Technology’s accurately with regard to the model description and condition of my iOS, Android, or other mobile device, as well as whether any modifications or repairs have previously been attempted or completed. Maverick Technology’s will perform a check-in diagnosis of my device to evaluate its condition. If the device arrives at Maverick Technology’s in noticeably different condition than previously described, I acknowledge that additional charges may apply. I understand that Maverick Technology’s will contact me to discuss the discrepancies and potential additional costs.
As the customer, I recognize that the careful shipping of my iOS, Android, or other mobile device to Maverick Technology’s is my responsibility. If the product arrives with further damage, or is lost in transit, I bear full responsibility for that risk of loss as the shipper.
If any device should be lost or damaged further than the condition it was released to Maverick Technology’s in, Maverick Technology’s liability will be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the device in its condition at the time of transfer Maverick Technology’s based on current fair market value. Maverick Technology’s liability for damages from any cause when it comes to repairing your product is limited to the cost of the repair service or a comparable replacement device. Maverick Technology’s has no liability whatsoever for indirect or consequential damages resulting from a repair or repair attempt, including any lost or damaged data, software, or lost profits or revenue of the customer.
The normal turnaround time for repairs mailed to Maverick Technology’s Mail In Repair Department is approximately 3-14 business days, but often less. This excludes shipping time to and from your location. While repairs are normally processed on a first come first serve basis, special situations may qualify for “rush” repairs. In the case that a repair is not returned to you in a timely manner, a fully functional refurbished device of equal or greater value and like condition will be offered to you.
Revitalized products have been revitalized to its original specifications for functional performance by their respective manufacturer or agent. The functional performances of these products are warranted under the terms of our written limited warranty. This warranty does not apply to the cosmetic appearance of the product.

Reseller Terms of Service
PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY. This is a legal agreement between you and 888iFix. BY JOINING, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BECOME BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement states the additional terms and conditions upon which Maverick Technology’s offers its products and services to reseller accounts.
No Price Protection or Stock Rotation:
Maverick Technology’s does not offer any type of price protection or stock rotation. We often drop prices suddenly and without notice.
We diligently strive to provide as accurate information as possible. However, as all specifications and descriptions are provided by the supplier of the product, we make no warranty expressed or implied with respect to accuracy of the information, including price, descriptions, specifications, and/or quantities. Both the product and manufacturer names are used only for the purpose of identification. Pictures are representational only. Packaging of actual unit may vary.
Minimum Order quantities for each line item apply. Items not meeting the minimum quantity requirement will be billed at the standard retail price. (International orders require $1,000 minimum).
Domestic Sales Terms:
New Domestic accounts are typically set up on Credit Card terms (we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). Orders over $10,000 must be prepaid by wire transfer. All sales will be processed and shipped once funds are received and verified.
We cannot accept personal checks. The address printed on your company check must be the same as the ship to address.
Maverick Technology’s charges late fees (unpaid invoices for any reason) at a rate of 2% for the first 30 days overdue, 5% each month thereafter. We reserve the right to waive the fee entirely at our own discretion.
International Sales Terms:
International sales are on a prepaid wire transfer basis only. We do not accept credit cards nor Letters of Credit L/C’s. All sales will be processed and shipped once funds are received and verified.
Any returned check will disqualify the account from any future Company Check Privileges.
Credit Cards: (For U.S. accounts only)
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express ONLY! All Credit Card sales must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card.
All prices are quoted Ex-warehouse Lexington, Massachusetts, USA.
International Payment Terms:
Payment terms for international sales are prepayment by wire transfer, U.S. dollars only. We do not accept international credit card payments nor Letters of Credit (L/Cs). Customer is responsible for all fees deducted from wire transfer payments, including sending and intermediary bank fees. Please indicate “No Fees to Beneficiary” in the Reference Section or other appropriate section of your wire transfer advice. Customer is also responsible for short payments resulting from fluctuations in currency conversions. Prior to shipment, Maverick Technology’s will advise customer of modifications to orders that are necessary because of short payments received.
International customers are responsible for determining their country duties, tariffs or taxes. For international shipments over 450kg we can provide prepaid freight quotes to major airports on a “door to airport” basis.
If no other method of shipment is specified, Maverick Technology’s will ship via the least expensive qualified carrier available. If this is a concern, be sure to specify how you want an order shipped. (We use only reputable national carriers). Although you will have the option to insure your truck shipments, (common carriers like Yellow Freight, Roadway, etc.) it is STRONGLY advised that you carry separate inbound insurance. Shipments for computer products are classified as a 92.5 tariff and trucking companies have a limited liability of $5.00 per pound if a box is lost or damaged. This means that if a 30lb. box containing (10) hard drives is lost (valued at $80.00 each the box has a $800 value), the claim would only pay out $5.00 x 30lbs = $150.00. It is for this reason that we strongly suggest that you have insurance to cover you for such a situation.
You Pay Shipping Charges:
When you place an order, after you get to the final confirmation page, we will immediately email you a confirmation of your order. Should you discover any errors, please contact us immediately. Freight charges may be blank on the confirmation. Once freight charges are calculated and the order has shipped we will email you again with shipping charges and tracking numbers. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for shipping.
If a shipment is refused for any reason, customer is responsible for the freight charge incurred. Maverick Technology’s also reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee (which we also may choose to waive).
Manufacturer Direct Warranties:
If there is a Manufacturer Direct Warranty, we require that you return the unit direct to Manufacturer, unless the unit was DOA (within 7 days after receipt).
Maverick Technology’s cannot warrant an item that has been improperly used or physically damaged.
RMA Numbers are valid from 14 days after issuance. After you get an RMA number, please send the item(s) in immediately.
Fitness of Purpose:
Maverick Technology’s cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly recommend customers evaluate a sample unit to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their configuration. In the world of electronics there are many products that may be incompatible with a certain brand or certain parts. In cases like this it is your responsibility to resell the product into a standard application in which the part will work. We are unable to take parts back because they will not work in particular brand product if they function correctly in others.
Any damages arising from a defective product to be limited to a refund of the purchase price only. Defective items will be replaced with either a repaired or refurbished unit (even for DOA’s). If no replacement unit available within 30 days, we will issue a credit memo. Credits expire 6 months after date of issuance. A credit memo can be refunded if not used on an order for 30 days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. RMA credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges.
All Sales are Final:
All sales are final. Returns of product, other than with defect, are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 14 days after receipt.
48 hour Grace Period for Returns:
Returns are allowed, but only within the first 48 hours after receipt, for any orders that are not to your expectation. Returns after this time period are at the complete discretion of Maverick Technology’s and will incur a substantial restock fee.
Damaged Items or Missing Parts:
Damaged items or missing parts / accessories not as advertised must be reported within 7 business days of receipt of product.
Any items sent back for warranty repair must have been tested bad prior to returning the part. We will charge a service fee should we find a returned item in working condition.
Defective Item Return:
Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty.
Warranties may be limited on some items. Please check our sales literature and your invoice to verify the warranty is as expected.
